Wildfire in Circular Quay, is nestled in between the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge and offers some of the best sightseeing in Sydney.

Wildfire is located on the Ground Level of the Overseas Passengers Terminal on Circular Quay and aims to awaken the senses with impressive detail in both the atmosphere and cuisine.

The menu here is Mediterranean, but there is something for everyone. The house specialty is the wood fired churrasco and is perfect for the meat lovers.

But, there is plenty for the seafood fans, as the Sea Bar has a fine selection of Australian seafood as well as a huge variety of oysters. 

Ember is the cocktail bar here at Wildfire and a visit to Ember is never complete without trying a pushka, their signature cocktail. The Pushka is a tantalising mix of Mediterranean honey vodka, ginger liqueur and fresh lemon.
