The Australian Heritage Hotel is one of THE pubs to go to if you're in Sydney.

Known as ‘The Aussie’ to Sydney locals, this famous watering hole is tucked away in the Rocks.  Built in 1913, its license has been in continual use since the early 1800's, which when you think about it, is a lot of beer!

If you’re looking for an authentic Australian experience, this hotel offers a wide range of drinks from the bar and a uniquely Australian menu, such as gourmet crocodile and kangaroo pizzas.

Weekend nights do tend to get busy, especially in the warmer summer months and although you’ll usually find more tourists than locals at the bar, don’t let this deter you. 'The Aussie' is one of THE pubs to go to if you’re visiting Sydney.

Located on
100 Cumberland Street
in The Rocks,'The Aussie' is open Monday to Saturday 11am to midnight and from Sunday 11am to 10pm and is a quick walk from Wynyard and Circular Quay train and bus stations.
