Flying Fish is a seafood inspired restaurant that was constructed from the original heritage wharf site.

The menu at Flying Fish consists of a dynamically changing menu, which is a combination of fresh seasonal produce and local seafood that is handpicked everyday at the Sydney Fish Market by the Head Chef.

Situated on the first floor of the restaurant is the Arcadia Room. Its original timber beams, steel trusses and breath-taking views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge create a truly unique dining atmosphere.

Flying Fish also has a two-storey loft private dining room that features, a six-metre high working wine cellar that houses 150 suspended bottles of red wine.

Opened for dinner Monday to Saturday from 6pm and for lunch Tuesday to Friday and Sunday from 12 Noon.
